
Seasonal and Christmas Decorating Services
Exhibitions International are a highly regarded and very experienced commercial Christmas decorating company. Each festive season, we help clients make their ideas a reality and create bespoke decorations that give each space the perfect Christmas display that is unique to that space. Each scheme can comprise a wide range of elements including Christmas street lighting, Christmas trees, Christmas displays and a wide array of other festive decorations we have in stock.
As commercial Christmas decorators we have served numerous, and below we highlight our methodical Christmas decorating process that is typical for all our clients be it a shopping centres, airports, theme parks or a much smaller retail space.
Site Survey
The whole process starts with a site visit by our account manager to touch base and get a feel for the centre, review your demographic and see you and your centre first-hand.
After a consultation on your required services, we will conduct a site survey and note existing fixtures, fittings, access points and any restrictions.
The Design Process
After our initial site visit, our design team will work to produce a design proposal or two, customised to suit your centre. Using imagery from the site survey, they produce artist's impressions and design variations to help you choose a suitable scheme.
During this time we will share our designs and ideas to make sure you're happy in the directions we're taking. Whether it is Christmas decorations, feature lighting, a grotto or a display, we can create all the magic of Christmas with enthusiastic new and traditional ideas.
We can produce 'unique lighting experiences' by manufacturing decorations in-house in the UK or sourced from our many partners worldwide. We're not just limited to one supplier.
Once the proposals are ready we will arrange to present our schemes and with your input finalise your ideal scheme.

Manufacture & Refurb
With an agreed proposal manufacture can start. All our decorations, whether manufactured by ourselves or sourced from any of our suppliers; all products are CE marked, outdoor products are IP rated, and all materials self extinguishing.
At this stage we can provide detailed information and specifications on all the items in the scheme, such as their dimensions, weights and power consumption.
Should you take our refurbishment service, you can be assured your replacement products will also conform to these standards.
Installation and Removal
All that is left is the installation and eventually take down. A site specific risk assessment and method statement are produced informing you of our install and removal process.
Know you're in safe hands as we are ISO 9001:2015, Safe Contractor, CHAS, ProSure, Achilles and Avetta health and safety accredited. Our key installation staff hold current IPAF & PASMA licences. We are covered by an extensive public & product insurance, with all certificates and licences supplied before hand giving you peace of mind.
If you have taken out an annual scheme, once everything is removed and bought back to us for storage, the decorations will undergo thorough checks, maintenance and given a clean all ready for it start all over again.
